Mindset Muscle & The Healing Power of Laughter

 Happy Aloha Friday, Reader!

As you may have noticed, despite managing the intense trauma avalanche that has been dumped upon me, my inner light and spirit manages to still find the good and positive. This was not easy to craft and requires an incredibly strong mindset.

Embracing laughter has been key to continuous healing and my rebuild. When my mind drifts or is triggered by a memory I haven't yet processed, I make a conscious decision to focus on the good and positive, often leaning on my journals and notes to return to myself and feel empowered.

While the road ahead is not easy, for any of us at this point, let us all remember, we do not have to suffer through each step and when deep laughter is elicited, letting yourself rip and roar with giggles is an awesome personal choice.

I've actually come to a place in my healing that when I laugh deeply, my whole body gets a workout and my friends will encourage me to tone it down in public, because it may look like I am on substances. Hahaha, no! The extreme irony of my situation is I've become an incredible comedian, transforming most of my trauma into material and as a women fueled by gratitude, can find joy in the simplest things.The combination of those two items makes me feel unstoppable
