OVERdue BIG Company Callouts

After I left my ex in September of 2023 and moved to my own apartment in October of 2023, I endured constant harassment and abuse from not only individuals, but BIG companies, including banks, and their employees.

Without going into super detail on each incident (you'll have to wait for big news to break, my books, or interviews - we'll see... verdict is out), here are the top 5:

1. AT&T 
2. Bank of America
3. Google
4. T-Mobile
5. Walmart

Such a darn shame, isn't it? That's ONE word for it. To think --- All of those years I spent working in corporate life (including customer service positions at Walmart, Applebee's, Dunkin Donut's & Lenscrafters and professional CPA positions at multiple accounting firms) and this is how these companies treated me? I'm telling you - I have witnesses all over world who saw their corrupt actions and if these people find the courage within, they will testify in court… at a FAIR trial. At a very minimum, I’m OVERdue that. Of course, being low key in my true nature, I prefer settling outside of court.

These mega companies tried to bully me on so many levels, and I will stop at nothing at justice for myself and son. So they can choose to cooperate, pay up or lose sales. Or maybe more CEO changes are needed (Starbucks & Nike?)? WHATEVER IT TAKES. Something that I learned about myself last summer, waking up the day after getting beaten by a woman so badly I could barely walk outside the Oxnard Fire Department (Channel Islands Boulevard) on June 27th, was that I will be speaking my mind and standing up for my family until my flame is completely extinguished.

Oh, and Dunkin Donuts: listen up, America DOES not run on your gross watered down coffee, she runs on one cup at a time brew: PHILZ!

While my 5'7 blonde sweet self chooses to focus on her health and taking care of herself every day, you bet woven into the world are many powerful groups who are willing to stand up for me, if push comes to shove. While you were all conniving against me, watching me sleep in my car, showering with cold water at the beach and nearly starve in county custody for over a month in 2024, I was building my army.

Scraping by with not much, at times, I shared my story with beautiful, strong souls, on every single flight, bus trip, car ride, and Amtrak trip I took. While I barely asked for names or what people did, I knew they were part of my tribe and they looked out for me, like I would look out for them. I don’t even have contact information for 99.9% of them, but confidently know I don’t need to at this point.

WE, the people, are FED the f**ck up with big business excuses, manipulation, spying and hidden monopolies (companies using legal loopholes to bypass public scrutiny)! Restitution is not just due for my son and I, but for all of the people of America who been silently f'd over for many years. Not only will I not stop, my extensive network also will not stop til you all get what you deserve.

TO BE INCREDIBLY CLEAR, for the record, I wanted to settle my divorce, separation and manage the custody agreement quietly in October of 2023, yet I was pushed and blackballed to present day. The primary reason I have spoken my truth so loudly and boldly is the that the “good citizen” approached failed me multiple times, on multiple levels.

These companies and individuals wanted it this way. And while I started with simple "fair enough" requests of getting my own assets in Redwood City, my demands have grown exponentially. You've poked the ultra mama bear way too many times.

On the note of material items, you bet your a$$ I will be using cashmere to wipe up man tears left behind and cover the benches for the homeless folks all over Southern California, so they can sit and enjoy the free hot coffee Starbucks provides them, without staining their goodwill pants.

I’ve been called many names in my life and given myself many titles, but perhaps the one title bestowed on me one year ago as “Love Dictator” truly highlights who I am and my mission and calling (Minus the negative parts of the traditional definition of a dictator, of course, haha! Maybe I'm more of a "Love Ruler"... choosing to lead with love and guidance, not hatred and force.)

Certainly, I am most definitely a lover, but what I’ve also discovered is that you’ve still got be a fighter, too, to fight for the love you deserve, for yourself and your family. As an interesting side note, in early 2023, when I was ramping up my community efforts, I signed off my UltraHeidi emails with "Aloha Ambassador" as my title, but I suppose my gentle approach was unwelcomed by the fascists. I'll let you be the judge of that reader.

On a positive closing note, big companies like Peet's Coffee - it's your time to shine. Your coffee is way better than Starbucks and let’s talk smaller companies, such as Big Rifle - wow, let's rise your company to the top of the sales. Let's take back not only CA, but America, too.
