A special Monday update for you.. despite me trying to get in contact with a few lawyers today, I'm having issues getting through via the phone line...

Interesting, how last September through December, I reached out to several California attorneys for pro bono divorce mediation and no one would help or even refer a colleague.

Simply put, for my divorce mediation (layman terms: “Heidi Beth Buttery’s financial independence”), there are three forms and simple representation needed on my behalf, with a law-abiding opposing counsel (which still doesn’t seem to exist in the State of California, as of today May 18, 2025).

As I kindly, openly discussed with a San Mateo judge last August, my area of expertise within law, is in the tax compliance area. My professional accolades do not include a JD degree, although I did take a killer negotiations class at Boston College, focused on professional athlete’s contracts. On that note, go EAGLES.

It is what it is, folks. Perhaps these corrupt criminal lawyers are being put behind bars today? The good people of the world can only hope!
