 Aloha friends!

Sharing with you some quotes which really helped me to get through some challenging times last year. In parentheses, I've included the date I wrote them in my almost-daily journal to provide you additional insight into my journey and illustrate how 100% faith in trusting myself the process is/was. During this time period, I was managing a lot of intense a-hole activity in my life and stress, but writing these down were a way that I could feel empowered: one of my numerous tools.

I don't keep all of my paper journals, but I do keep a lot of the pages, as daily reminders of my strength - including the pages above :)
