UPS: A Special Thank You to Select Employees

 Aloha Reader,

While I rightfully have publicly criticized big companies, such as my Redwood City Branch of UPS for their inflated shipping rates and awful customer service, there are select few local employees that truly helped me out, by delivering my important mail at just the right time. Despite not having an official forwarding mail form filed with the company, let’s just say allegedly one of my favorite UPS driver’s did the right thing with a critical piece of mail for me in late 2023.

This afternoon, as I slowly sip my delicious Mexican hot chocolate, I turn my attention to think about all the kind souls who made a real difference in my life and showed me support without telling me they were/are on my side. No matter how big or small your act of kindness was, it was duly noted and most appreciated.
